Bridal Services/agreement
Thank you so much for your interest in my makeup artistry services! I require this contract to be completed and signed with a non-refundable retainer of $210 to secure your date for the services. (The $160 portion covers the payment for a Bridal Makeup Trial/Consultation and the $50 portion covers booking/scheduling). It is recommended to pay the
$230 deposit ASAP since it secures your wedding date. Holidays/Holiday Weekends & Sunday Wedding’s have a non- refundable additional rate of$75 to secure makeup artist & hairstylist. Early starts (before 6:30am) require an additional fee of $45. The complete balance for your bridal party is due on or before the wedding date. ¨ BOOKINGS: To secure a date and time, a signed bridal retainer and non-refundable deposit of $230.00
deposit are required for services. Every effort will be made to secure your date and time, but bookings willoperate on a first-paid basis. Contact me immediately if there are any significant changes in the weddingtimetable to avoid overbooking, as several weddings may be taking place on the same day. There must be a minimum of 4 people when booking services.
¨ SCHEDULING: 90 days prior to the wedding date, I will send over a copy of the day of scheduling which will consist of the timing for all services which the bride will approve of. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE 90 DAY PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE WEDDING DAY TOTAL.
¨ CONSULTATIONS/TRIALS: Consultations are available for brides as well as their bridal party members,
including but not limited to- bridesmaids, mother of the bride and groom, grandmothers, extended family members, etc. If the trial is cancelled less than 1 week before the trial date, a $200 dollar cancellationfee/rescheduling fee will be charged.
¨ DELAYS: A late fee of $30.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduledtime, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.
¨ DESTINATIONS: For all weddings deemed as destination (taking place beyond 150 miles from my studio
located in Yardley, PA), additional fees are applicable, such as but not limited to; round trip airfare, a hotel/similar stay in same location of bride/services for 2-3 nights, meals, and car rentals fees if applicable. Artist must arrive one day prior to the event and will depart one day after with all accommodations paid for bythe bride/contract signer. Any additional time chosen to be spent at the hotel/similar stay will be at the expense of the artist.
¨ PARKING/TRAVEL FEES: If valet or toll fees occur, this amount will be included in the final bill and will be due onthe day of the event. Travel within 15 miles of Yardley, PA is completely free of charge. A mileage fee 70 cents per mile if location is outside of the 10-mile radius of Yardley, PA. Travel fees apply for all
pre-event makeup consultations as well as day-of appointments. Locations more than 2+ hours from the Yardley, PA require overnight accommodations near the venue for the artist(s) at the client’s expense.
¨ SANITATION: All brushes, tools, and makeup & hair products are sanitized between every makeup/ hair application.Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be
reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application. Client(s) agrees to release the makeup artist (Jess Mitchell) from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
¨ PAYMENT: The final balance is due on or before the day of the event before the makeup artist departs — no
exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on thiscontract. Perfected payment would be cash. Will accept other forms of payment including- Venmo/Apple Pay. Gratuityis not required, but always appreciated.

¨ CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations or any changes MUST be made before the 90-day period leading up to the weddingday or the client will be responsible for paying the full number of services agreed upon in this
contract. If the makeup artist must cancel the event, due to illness or some unforeseen emergency, all
payments will be refunded in full.
